Pull off the coals and add all the coals to the top of your dutch oven to brown the top of stuffing if you like about 3/4 of the way through so, you will brown the top of your stuffing and finish cooking the meal. You should be done in 15 to 20 min. You wait for the smell then you will know when it is done.
